I have been seeing formation of multiple blackspots near Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab for 4 years. One of these blackspots is nearly 100 m long. To fix it, I reached out to the Municipal Corporation of Patiala. They told me to reach out to Patiala Urban Development Authority. Reaching out to multiple stakeholders, including Municipal corporation, Patiala Urban Development Authority, Health Department, National Highway Authority of India, finally I reached out to Deputy Commissioner office Patiala, as everyone whom I reached out first told that the area does not come under them and they shared the number of another department.
Deputy Commissioner officials told me to write a letter to them. I did the same. After multiple follow ups and not answering my calls, they finally answered and told me that the matter is sent to DDTO office and in 2 to 3 days, I will get the response from them.
It’s been almost a week and I have not got any response yet.
My question is-
What is the best way to follow up with them?
If the issue is not solved, whom should I reach out next?
